The media web is currently my most ambitious project on this website. It's actually one of the very first things I thought to make—a page that links all the media I love to similar media, and then the similar media to more similar media, and so on. It's basically a way to find media like the media you already enjoy. Think linking Requiem For A Dream to Trainspotting (similar themes) to Stay (same actor) to Fight Club (similar themes) to Se7en (same actor, same director) to The Dante Club (similar premise). In the actual version, things will have multiple links and it'll all be visualised, but you get the idea, right? The only problem is that I'm an absolute beginner at coding. I have no idea how to code the thing that I can see so clearly in my head. So, this will take a very long time to create. In the meantime, I'll try to create a simplified, less cool version, but even that is currently beyond my coding abilities, so it'll take some time, too. Hopefully it'll be up in the next few months!
